Coursera is one of the biggest education platforms that provides thousands of courses and even online degrees (e.g., Diploma, Masters, Certificate, Specialization). It is a very good platform for those who are seeking looking for more knowledge or career change while being working full-time. It also helps students to learn more about the topics being covered at school.

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, people have been staying at home for many hours and days while most places are closed or have very limited operations. As a result, a lot of people thought about catching up and taking Coursera courses to earn degrees, get some help to change careers, or improve their knowledge bais. In response to the high demand, Coursera has made so many courses free of charge to help people during this difficult time.

Coursera has a website and app that offer a lot of courses for free in many areas such as education, technology, psychology and health. However, not all courses are free, but even courses with fees are, on average, not expensive. Above all, Coursera is very accessible and easy to download on different devices. Also, it allows us to download the material and study when the Internet is slow or not available. An important aspect of the courses offered in Coursera is that courses are taught by experts from all around the world.

In my career, I can use Coursera to take courses that I need to build my knowledge to suit my education assistant job and support my students. It is also good to take a course while working from time to time to improve our skills and keep upgrading our resume.
